Liberating Leadership
This is a two day training from The Community Sector Coalition is being held in Exeter. Liberating Leadership is an empowering and accessible new approach to leadership that will be a powerful resource for change in communities and this practical programme will enable development workers to help groups recognise and grow their leadership role. It’s an ideal opportunity to network and expand your own skills. It is designed for development workers in support provider organisations and all participants should be committed to using their learning in their role, providing hands-on support to local groups.
