Behaviour Management and Youth Arts Training
The course looks into improving skills, knowledge and experience in order to develop an understanding of behavioural management and some of the issues and barriers that are faced when undertaking youth arts projects. This course is set up and led by experienced and knowledgeable youth arts specialists. Participants will look at the practical aspects of behavioural management: health and safety issues, risk assessment and achieving key objectives. It aims to promote a style of engaging with young people that encourages positive behaviour to the benefit of all involved. Prices for the courses range from £150 to £110, with bursaries available.
