Developing and supporting youth work through the local network of 22 Baptist churches in Devon working with 600 young people. The South West Baptist Association Youth Ministry is based in Plymouth and is supported by the Youth Director (Andrew Gardiner). His role is supported by the VYS grant and this includes direct support and recruitment of local workers, training and providing information and advice to the network.
