The Department for Formation is a small team of people based at Newman House in Exeter. We exist to help support the work of various communities in the Diocese of Plymouth (Devon, Dorset & Cornwall) in their mission. The team is currently led by our two directors David who works in adult formation with a particular emphasis on parish work and John who works closely with our diocesan schools with help from Sue, Mark and Tricia. Suzanne also works in adult formation and Becky co-ordinates youth ministry in the Diocese. Of course none of us would be here if it wasn't for Jo and Gail our administrators who keep our diaries under control and last but by no means least Mgr Adrian Toffolo our Episcopal Vicar whose support is a source of strength for us all.
