Online integrated working toolkit – This is an on-line one-stop-shop of resources relating to integrated working in Devon and nationally and it aims to supplement information given in the AXS training and by AXS pathway Coordinators, so that practitioners and managers have access to a single source of information to support development of Integrated Working. It is for all practitioners and managers across the Children’s Trust partnership who are involved in multi agency working arrangements, including youth workers. Currently the toolkit includes forms, fact sheets, guidance, links to local and national web sites, training materials, flow charts, leaflets, case studies, and relevant contact details. They are in sections including CAF, Information Sharing, ContactPoint, Lead Professional, Multi Agency Working and Learning and Development. From the left hand menu it takes no more than three mouse clicks to download or view documents. Each have a published date so you know how recent they are. See www.devonchildrenstrust.org.uk/toolkit/
