The Community Council of Devon (CCD) is a charity which supports rural communities in Devon through areas of work such as community development, research and information, and technical & professional support. This includes the provision of advice on sources of funding for community groups, charitable status, village halls and the development of community enterprise. It also provides the secretariat for Devon Association of Parish Councils and Devon Playing Fields Association, which give support to parish councils and playing fields respectively.
