Officers:

- Treasurer - Kathy Beechen - Devon Community Foundation.
Executive Committee:
This is the group of people that are responsible for the policy and general management of the affairs of VYS and also act as its trustees. The Executive Committee is made up of the Officers and up to sixteen people from the member organisations. There is also the option of co-opting individuals if required. A representative of the Local Education Authority attends meetings but does not act as a trustee. Members are elected to the Executive Committee at the AGM for a 3 year term.
