Officers:

- Treasurer - Nick Creasy - DFYFC (interim)
Executive Committee:
This is the group of people that are responsible for the policy and general management of the affairs of VYS and also act as its trustees. The Executive Committee is made up of the Officers and up to sixteen people from the member organisations. There is also the option of co-opting individuals if required. Members are elected to the Executive Committee at the AGM for a 3 year term. The Executive members for 2011-12 are as follows:
- Paul Evans - Community Action
- Simon Hewett-Avison - Teenage Cancer Trust
- Karen Jones - Active Devon (independent)
- Rowan Marriott (independent)
- Sharon Rowe - Methodist Church
- Tim Tod - Young Devon
The staff are appointed by the Executive Committee to translate strategy into practice and are:
- Mark Goodman - Chief Executive Officer
- Anthea Parkyn - Communications Manager
- Juliet White - Administrator
