IMPROVING OUR PERFORMANCE:
a strategy for the voluntary and community sector - The National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) has published a strategy document to help organisations improve and measure their performance. It is the first of four documents which will feed into the government's Capacity and Infrastructure Framework. The next step is to develop an implementation plan and NCVO is currently exploring the development of a performance improvement service with Charities Evaluation Services and other partners.
