Achieving better outcomes through commissioning in children's services
The Commissioning Support Programme has published this short guide that describes the commissioning process and key principles, sets out how commissioning links with local strategies and plans, and gives case studies of how Children’s Trusts and Children’s Fund teams have successfully developed commissioning in local areas, including in partnership with the voluntary and community sector.
