EVALUATION EVIDENCE
Struggling to evidence and evaluate your project to your Funders? M-MAD is an organisation based in Launceston that can provide video documentation of your project for evaluation purposes or to give to funders. Documentation and evaluation offers the opportunity to reflect on what has happened, hear ideas and thoughts for the future and the opportunity for you to share with others anything you learnt along the way. Funders require reports of how your project went including what the people who participated thought of it, what participants gained from taking part, whether you met your objectives and how you would do things differently. Video is a highly effective way of catching people’s opinions and giving a visual record of participation and is a good way of being able to prove these things to your funders. M-MAD work in an accessible and ‘user friendly’ way, talking to and filming the stakeholders in your project, to provide you with an unbiased overview, helping you to discover unexpected positive and negative outcomes too.
