The National Youth Agency (NYA) has published an online resource designed to develop, test and learn from a range of approaches to involving young people in service development, delivery and evaluation in the public sector. The resource is aimed at practitioners supporting youth volunteering. It shares the findings of a two-year programme which looked at different approaches to involving young people in public services.
